Homeowners Cancelled for Claims by State Farm

We want to extend a warm welcome to our newest client family, Neil & Dana G.  Neil & Dana came to us from State Farm once they were notified of their Non-Renewal for Homeowner’s Insurance.  You see, Neil & Dana had experienced one water and one weather claim in the last three years.  They sought our help in hopes they too could “Get More Than You’re Already Paying For.

Well, after careful review of their coverage and claims, with the help of our friends at Encompass Insurance we were able to:

Encompass Insurance

  • Triple the strength of their Auto Liability (lawsuit protection) and Uninsured Motorist (TN ranks 4th in the US) coverage
  • Broaden the perils and limits covered under their Homeowner’s policy
  • Increase their dwelling coverage by $96,000 (45% more than their prior policy) to ensure they could fully rebuild following a total loss
  • Cut their overall annual premiums by several dollars, but more importantly, stay protected

Welcome to our Client Family, Neil & Dana.  We’re most honored you’ve chosen our agency to protect your assets and financial security.  It goes without saying, but please let us know if you ever have questions about your coverage.

If you are, or know someone who’s being cancelled, under protected or neglected by their Homeowner’s Insurance carrier, please feel free to share what you’ve read here.  We take personal pride in caring for our client family.  Stay safe always!
