I was in search of an insurance agent who I could trust and build a relationship with as well as get me a decent price for the type of coverage I was looking for. I had the pleasure of being referred to Mr. Luis Roque. I called him and he responded quickly. I already had an idea of what I wanted and he was able to confirm my choices and everything I should consider. He is a wonderful agent who educates his customers. He is considerate and kind hearted and can be trusted. I’m glad I chose to go with him. I had also requested quotes from other insurance carriers but no one could top the coverage I was offered nor the price. I have my car and my renter’s insurance policies with him. Thank you Luis! I have had two claims in one week! The first I was on my way out of town and an object flew through my windshield. Within minutes Luis had me set up for repairs the next day in Memphis and I was able to enjoy my son’s birthday with no worries! The second I was the meat in a wreck sandwich. I had my car in for repairs the next day along with a rental car. I KNOW you do not get service like that from all agencies. Thank you Luis!!
