Mortgage Payment or Homeowners Insurance Run A Muck

We want to extend the warmest welcome to our newest client, Terri B.  Terri was referred to us by another of our clients after she noticed her monthly mortgage payment had jumped immensely over the last couple years.  With a few simple inquiries, she’d discovered her Homeowners Insurance had gone up to $2,260 in 2013 and $2,709 in 2014, making her monthly mortgage payment too much to manage.

Well, we strongly agreed!  After careful review of her “Good Hands People” and “Responsibility: What’s Your Policy”, with the help of our fine friends at Safeco Insurance, we were able to:

  • Increase her home’s Replacement coverage from $269,000 to $300,000, an 11.5% improvement.
  • Add Sinkhole and Sewer Backup coverage she previously did not have to her policy.
  • Lower her home’s deductible for Wind & Hail damage from $2000 to $1000.
  • Increase the strength of her liability coverage (lawsuit protection) and Uninsured Motorist coverage by 5x with the Umbrella policy.
  • LOWER her annual Auto Insurance premium by $131 and her annual Home Insurance premium by $1241, for a $1375 annual savings overall, even with all the improvements to her coverage.  BOOYAH!!!

Welcome to our Client Family, Terri.  We’re most honored you’ve chosen our agency to protect your assets and financial security.  Please let us know if you ever have questions about your coverage or know someone who could benefit from the personal care we provide our clients.  We’re pleased you’ve chosen to Be Protected, Not Surprised and Get More Than You’re Already Paying For.
